Back to natural
As I said in my other posts, Ive been doing alot of thinking about diet, lifestyle, environment etc.
I was thinking back to a time when I was naturally thin and felt my best. I was on a two year abstinence from binging, purging, laxatives etc. I ate natural, unprocessed foods. Very little white sugar, white flour, white rice, white pasta etc. In fact my children also always ate this way. So much so that Shawn Patrick at four was offered a Jolly Rancher by a woman. He was suspicious and refused it thinking it was a piece of glycerine soap.
Robert is moving out. He wants to continue the relationship even when he moves–I can’t guarantee thats possible. I’m of the beleif you cant un-do intimacy. Its like drilling a hole—you cant un-drill it. But I digress.
Im going to go back to the way of eating I was living before. I will have treats on special occasions like birthday parties etc. But daily living and my cabinets will entail unprocessed foods.
My exercise is taken care of right now with all the heavy work at the farm.
My concerns over how to get Lizz into a decent school is becoming consuming. Without the truck, life’s going to be difficult. He has said he will come and allow me free use of the truck—but I doubt that seriously. Gas is atrocious and we live an area that requires driving. I’m trying to have faith that God will make a way.
Just say a prayer for us–I never turn away prayers.
I will say a prayer for you. The diet you described sounds perfect. If you can do it is so healthy and it would be great for your children. good luck.
You can get through this! How I pondered, whether I would ever get by, without my old ball & chain. And, yes, that is exactly what he was. You do not know what life has in store for you….you are a strong beautiful woman, who I have no doubt will persevere, find happiness and that happy “zone”, we are all seeking…You cannot walk until you take the first steps…re: me back will ya?????
